Research and Initiatives
Dr. Enyi Jen’s research centers on the social and emotional development of adolescents. She is passionate about creating strength-based, proactive approaches to support their well-being. Her work includes co-developing the Peterson Proactive Developmental Attention Model, which emphasizes early, developmental support for bright youth. Dr. Jen has explored topics such as affective interventions, the voices of adolescents, and the career needs of high-ability women. Her recent research focuses on cyberbullying and bullying among adolescents, particularly bright and twice-exceptional youth, with the goal of fostering safer, more supportive environments. She has collaborated with scholars from various countries to broaden the global impact of her work.
